Called for an estimate on dangerous tree removal for a house I was renovating. Bill visited and gave me an estimate on a Saturday. It was a dangerous tree and had to come down quickly because of an impending storm. I said, "do it”. He removed it a day later!

I rolled by and his crew was working away. Very professional. You could tell they had been at it for years.

When the removal was done, Bill called, and I gave him my credit card number over the phone. He emailed me a receipt within the hour. We never met! Didn't need to. He was a solid professional that did exactly what he said he would and communicated with me every step of the way.
